Investing in Contact Fund
Contact Fund seeks to meet the needs of investors who value liquidity, competitive returns, and an opportunity to place low-risk loan capital in organizations that work for those in under-served communities.
Contact Fund offers fixed income, short-term notes at a near-market rate of interest.
Unlike other community development investing alternatives, Contact Fund Notes offer diversification within a single metropolitan area (New York City) and inflation-beating returns.
How It Works
Senior Investment Notes are offered twice a year in September and March
with a term of either 6 or 12 months with automatic rollover. Our March 2012 notes were issued at 2.5%.
Contact Fund is open to accredited
individual investors and family foundations. Minimum investment is $25,000.
